Khyraen's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

June 6, 2002

*********June 6, 2005************
(Waiting patiently--and not so--for the big change.)

A Brief Note:

This is going to be a real short update on Ashley as I am transfering my webpage ( http://www.mypages.iparenting.com/webs/khyraen/index.html )to my own domain ( www.khyraen.com ) and I am also building a webpage for my son, Jonnie's, baseball team that just finished up their season. ( http://home.comcast.net/~dodgers_05/LLbaseball/index.html ) It will be password protected so you'll have to e-mail me or TTM and ask for the password. Friends and family are most welcome to stop in and visit and then let me know what they think.

Joshua Right Now:

Joshua has a broken tooth. Because of his autism, he has to be put under to have any dental work done. We've been able to clean his front teeth a little in the past, but that is all. The only dentist for 150 mi. that takes his insurance has a 6 month wait for appointments so we are planning on taking him to the ER to see if they will pull it. Poor kid is always doped up on pain relievers to manage his tooth pain. No one should have to wait six months. So far, every time we plan for the ER trip, something happens and we have to change plans.

Jonathan Right Now:

Jonnie just finished up his baseball season. His coach this year was just wonderful. I simply cannot say enough good things about him. Jonnie got a beautiful plaque (as did all the kids.) They had an end of the year picnic and an end of the year pizza party. Jonnie's team won their last game (which was only their 2nd win this season) so they were really excited. Jonnie showed a lot of improvement this year, especially his ability to focus.

More next time...

Best wishes,

Khy, loving mommy to two special boys and their three siblings
