Kim's Diary EntriesDiary Navigation: |
January 24, 2003
Well, I'm back from the doctor's office and Lambchop is a healthy embryo with limb buds where they should be and a heartbeat measuring at 149 bpm. I thought I was close to eight weeks and the measurement was seven weeks and six days exactly. Can I calculate or what? And thank goodness there is only ONE Lambchop in there too! (Insert huge sigh of relief here.)
I am suddenly feeling very pregnant today because reflux started as soon as I finished my morning orange juice. I'm going to have to find a new source of natural folic acid. Ugh, the burning. I need to get a stockpile of bubble gum and hard candy ASAP. That was the only thing that helped last time.
On another note, I'm sad to see that Danielle decided to close her diary but I understand. It can be hard enough to keep up with every day life when you have a child with special needs. Combine that with working and taking care of a family and spare time becomes precious. I truly wish her, Eric, Victor and Olivia all the best. And I keep coming back to the name Olivia. I just love it. In about 12 more weeks we'll see if I get to use that beautiful moniker for my little Lambchop.
I'll post an update sometime this weekend between chewing Tums and blowing Bubble Yum. :o)
