Shelly's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

March 4, 2003

3-04-04 I hope they can fix this date thing!

I know this is my second entry this week.
Sean didn't make it to school the rest of this week. His body is still recovering. Perhaps next week. Who knows since we will probably and hopefully be doing tests to check out his heart and lungs. Hopefully!

I say hopefully because Sean's insurance has been messed up again. I am so very angry over this. We can't get his medications he needs for his reflux or pneumonia. We can't get the tests done or see any doctor! Some how someone really messed up. I am being very nice about it, but a person can't swear here! Mess with my son and you get to deal with me. They have messed up my other boys as well.
Sean has state insurance due to his medical condition. usually they assign a provider with this insurance, but due to his the severity of his condition, he WAS exempt. Someone changed it and now he isn't. Can't get a single authorization for anything! We had filed a complaint in December because of this same thing. We went to court and things were settled. The state ignored the settlement and we are now back to where we started. ANGRY?!? you have NO IDEA! My dear sweet and poor DH has been calling everyone to get this ironed out. Of course we have filed another complaint and hired an attorney. We will not settle this time. I want blood!! They need to learn to keep their word.'

Enough of ranting and foaming at the mouth. I have laundry to do and to clean my frig. I can't wait until my DH gets home, I am off to Curves to do a massive stress release work out.

Have a great weekend!!!

Shelly and Sean
