Hi there!
This is my first online diary so this is a new experience for me. But I have been enjoying a lot of the diaries on here over the past year. I realy hope it will be a way that will help motivate me to continue on my weight loss quest.
I have been married for 10 years to my best friend, Mathew, who turned out to be the love of my life. We have 4 amazing children ~ Gina(9), Michael(7), Isabella(5) & Gabriel(4) ~ that really keep us on our toes. We currently live in Salem, Utah. We have also lived in Minesota where we grew up.
We are done having babies :( and I am also done nursing :( so now it's time to loose the weight from having them all! I decided to do this diary at the beginning of summer, it was part of my motivation program! It took a while to be acepted and I am SO happy that I was.
I put on a lot of weight after I stopped nursing Gabe about a year and a half ago. After being pregnant, nursing or BOTH for 7 years I had a hard time not eating so much! Add on having to take birth control pills due to a tipped uterus. Needless to say it has added a lot on to my already overweight status after having Gabe!
So here goes my diary. I hope that it will help to inspore you and give you the hope other diaries have given me! I also hope it will help inspire me too! Wish me luck! Until next time...
*Take Care of You*
Mary;)
